Fee Statement
There is a 2% Internet Purchase Fee charged on all online purchases. G. Potter King INC. charges all Buyers a Premium of 5% on cars, 10% on memorabilia.There will be NO BUYER'S FEE on the 1st ten and last ten cars being offered for the auction EACH DAY!This applies to cars run through the auction and could be different than first/last 10 on the sale catalog.

Terms and Conditions
All Internet Buyers must provide a Bank Letter of Guarantee. All Letters must be faxed to 1.908.842.0427. The Letter must be as follows: “Mr. (Customer Name) is a customer in good standing at our bank. We will guarantee the payment of checks on his account (account number) up to (specify amount) dollars for purchase at your auction in (Auction Location) on (Auction Date). We hereby agree that no stop payment will be issued in conjunction with this letter.” 1)There is a 2% Internet Purchase Fee charged on all online purchases. G. Wire Transfer instructions will be included with each invoice and is the preferred method of payment. If credit card is used, a 4% processing fee will be applied to the total due. If you have a winning bid, within the hour of that bid being recorded you will receive through e-mail your Invoice and Wiring Instructions. Please print this and review it. In the next two hours, you will receive a phone call from a G.Potter King representative to review the invoice, answer any of your questions and get confirmation of the payment type and amount needed. Please provide a phone number you can be reached at during the auction when registering as a bidder. Thanks for your assistance with this. After March 1st, you can reach Dan at 856-942-4075. 3) All purchases must be removed from the premises by March 5, 2010. 4)Bidders are to be held personally liable for any bids made with their Bidding Number. 5)The highest bidder for each Lot shall be the Purchaser, and in the event of any dispute the Auctioneers shall have absolute discretion either to settle such dispute or to re-offer the lot for re-sale. 6)The Auctioneer and CollectorCarFacts.com accepts no liability for loss or damage howsoever arising (including but not limited to costs of attendance of Bidders at the Auction) from any Lots not presented for sale. 7)The Auctioneer and CollectorCarFacts.com has described the Lot(s) in the catalog to the best of their ability and belief from information furnished by the Vendor(s) who shall be alone responsible for any error or miss-statement, which there may be. The Auctioneer and CollectorCarFacts.com undertake no liability whatever in respect of any faults, deficiencies and errors of any description, oral or printed, nor do they accept responsibility for the authenticity, genuineness, origin, age, condition or quality of any Lot(s) and all statements as to these matters whether contained in the catalog or made orally are statements of opinion only and not to be taken as being or implying a statement or representation of fact 8)Each and every Lot is sold as seen.
